Have a splashing good time in the comfort of a heated pool, or escape the hot summer heat in a cool, refreshing aquatic environment while you get fit this Summer! Aquacise has all the benefits of an aerobic workout combined with water resistance that tones all the muscles of the body, with very low impact. Enjoy beautiful views of Three Rivers while you get the best cardio workout, build strength, and increase range of motion. The class is followed by poolside Pilates for additional fat burning and body shaping. All fitness levels welcome!See flyer for locations and rates. Be prepared for fitness and fun! Bring a yoga mat, towel, swimsuit, shorts and a t-shirt for Pilates. The Poolside Pilates after Aquacise is optional.

DanceMagnolia House Dance Project
Wednesdays at 7:00 PM. Learn how to swing dance at weddings, Waltz at Presidential Inaugurations and Texas Two Step at local Barn dances! Have fun while learning how to dance with a partner on the hardwood floor of the fabulous ballroom in the historic Magnolia House in Exeter, CA. RSVP. Class is limited to 15 people. Yoga on the Grass with Lilly Hart and Guest Master Teachers at Spring Hill Ranch Fitness and Relaxation Retreat 31359 Dahlem Dr. Exeter. Experience yoga, the natural way-Outside! Relax, Refresh, and Restore. Get away from work and home obligations and refresh your physical and mental self in the sun and fresh air. Class is in a Private and Gated location. *Call ahead for the gate code. Bring a yoga mat or two, and a beach towel.You are welcome to bring your own lunch. Go hiking or bike riding (bring your own) before or after class.
